Fees, payouts and plans. Here’s how they work.
Yes. Free is 10%, Pro is 5%, and Studio is 3% per sale—including payment processing.
Friday payouts start once your available balance reaches ฿1,000 and your identity and Thai bank account are verified. Sales have a seven-day hold; the first payout waits at least 14 days after your first sale. Holds or reserves may affect payouts.
We return Heysub’s fee on the refunded portion. A lost payment dispute carries a ฿300 fee.
No monthly fee and up to three published products. Pro and Studio include unlimited published products.
Yes. Saved cards can renew automatically. PromptPay renewals are paid through an invoice.
