When will I get paid?
Understand the payout schedule, check your eligibility and find out what to do if your money has not arrived.
The short answer
Heysub schedules payouts every Friday once your available balance reaches THB 1,000 and your identity and Thai bank account are verified.
Sales have a seven-day hold. Your first payout also waits at least 14 days after your first sale. Holds or reserves can affect when you receive money.
1. Check that your account is ready
Before a payout can start, confirm these three things in your Heysub workspace:
- Your identity verification is complete.
- Your Thai bank account is verified.
- Your available balance is at least THB 1,000.
If any of these is incomplete, finish that step before checking the payout schedule.
2. Understand the waiting period
A successful sale does not immediately become an available balance. Each sale has a seven-day hold. For your first payout, there is also a minimum wait of 14 days after your first sale.
These conditions work together: reaching day 14 does not bypass the minimum balance or account verification requirements.
3. Check the Friday payout schedule
Once your funds are available and your account meets the requirements, they can enter the Friday payout schedule. A scheduled payout is not the same as confirmation that the money has reached your bank.
Check your payout status in Heysub for the latest information about your transfer.
If your payout is still missing
Your balance is below THB 1,000
Check the available amount, not your lifetime sales total. The payout threshold applies to available funds.
The sale is recent
Check whether the seven-day hold has passed. If this is your first payout, also check the 14-day minimum wait.
Verification is incomplete
Review your identity and payout-account status. Complete any outstanding steps shown in your workspace.
Everything looks ready
A hold or reserve may still affect the payout. Contact support with the relevant reference so the team can check your case.

Can I sell to customers outside Thailand?
Yes. You can sell internationally, but withdrawals are currently limited to Thai bank accounts.
How can customers pay?
Checkout supports cards and PromptPay. Customer payment methods and seller payout eligibility are different parts of the process.
How much does Heysub charge?
Free costs THB 0 per month with a 10% fee per sale. Pro costs THB 490 per month with 5% per sale; Studio costs THB 1,490 per month with 3% per sale. Payment processing is included in those sale fees.
What happens if I refund a payment?
Heysub returns its fee on the refunded portion. A lost payment dispute carries a THB 300 fee. Check the applicable terms for other deductions.

Include your account email, the payment or payout reference, and the status you see in Heysub. Briefly explain what you expected and what happened.
